DEV. DROZD <Full Stack />

CRM & internal tools

I help companies launch and develop CRM systems, internal tools and online stores. I improve existing PHP/MySQL applications, connect external services and solve performance problems. You work directly with me, from the initial estimate through launch and source-code handover.

Solutions for your business needs

I work on new and existing products: CRM systems, internal tools, online stores and integrations. I first examine the business processes, current code and constraints. I then propose a clear scope, stages and a solution that can be maintained and developed after launch.

CRM & internal tools

Systems for customers, orders and internal processes, configured around the way your company actually works.

PHP/MySQL improvements

I examine existing code, add features, fix bugs and identify the causes of slow performance.

Online stores & integrations

I develop online stores, connect external services and configure data exchange through APIs.

Data and business logic

I design data structures, optimise SQL and connect server-side logic with business processes.

Web interfaces

I create clear working interfaces that help employees handle everyday tasks efficiently.

Mobile applications

I complement web systems with Flutter and React Native applications and develop existing Apache Cordova projects.

02 — Technologies

Tools chosen for the task

I choose a solution that fits the task and the existing architecture. I use my own components only where appropriate, taking maintenance and a possible handover to another specialist into account.

How the work is organised

I first clarify the task, constraints and expected outcome. I then review the current system and agree the scope, stages and acceptance criteria. During the work I show intermediate results, and after completion I hand over the source code and the necessary documentation.

07 — FAQ

Practical questions before we start

Short answers about existing projects, estimates, handover and support.

Can you work on an existing project?
Yes. I first review the code, system structure and constraints. I then explain what changes are needed and how best to divide the work into stages.
What do you need to prepare an estimate?
For an initial estimate, a short task description, the current project state and your preferred timeline are enough. Examples, a list of integrations and an approximate budget help define the scope more accurately.
How are timelines and costs determined?
They depend on the scope, integrations, available materials and the state of the current system. Before a stage begins, we agree the outcome, budget and timeline.
How will we communicate?
You communicate directly with me. I prefer to record requirements and agreements in writing; we agree on the channel and frequency of updates.
What will I receive when the work is complete?
A working result within the agreed scope, the source code and the documentation needed for further development.
What support is included after launch?
I fix bugs in the agreed functionality for 30 days after launch. New features and subsequent maintenance are agreed separately.
Can another developer take over the project?
Yes. I hand over source code and documentation. Third-party components remain subject to their own licences.
Do you always use your own stack?
No. I use my own components where they fit the task. For an existing project, I assess the current architecture first.
